Creating visual and video collateral to support InterVenture’s brand and client engagements.

InterVenture is a Swiss nearshore software development company that specializes in building dedicated client-owned teams in Serbia, blending Swiss business culture with Serbian engineering talent. From the early days of their growth, I helped shape and define the company’s visual brand while collaborating on multiple contracting projects over the years.

The work included marketing videos, branded presentations, print materials, and in-office visuals — all crafted to strengthen InterVenture’s identity and help communicate their message to clients and partners. Deliverables ranged from polished videos and campaign assets to presentation collateral, reflecting the company’s evolution and professionalism.

As part of refreshing InterVenture’s identity, the original wordmark was complemented with a new standalone icon. The design combines the company’s initials into a simple organic form: a black stem shaped as the letter “i,” with two green leaves forming a subtle “v.” It reflects growth, new beginnings, and the youthful energy of the brand, while staying true to InterVenture’s established colors and clean visual style. The rebrand was a collaborative effort with Vida Popović (then CTO at InterVenture) and fellow designer Ratko Ćaćić, blending strategic direction and design into a clear, memorable mark.

Various Presentations & Collateral

Along the way I also worked on a wide range of presentations and day-to-day collateral. These pieces helped establish and reinforce a consistent brand direction over time, keeping the company’s look and feel aligned as it grew.

I created several videos for InterVenture, but two stand out as highlights. One was an explainer video that introduced the company’s services in a clear and accessible way, while the other was a “Life at InterVenture” piece that captured both the work and play side of the culture through interviews and everyday moments.

Web Design Evolution

Over the years I also worked on multiple redesigns of the InterVenture website, including updates to their Teamtailor-powered HR section. Each iteration aimed to modernize the look, simplify navigation, and better represent the company’s growth and brand identity online.

My work with InterVenture spanned branding, design, video, and web — a collaboration that grew alongside the company itself. It was a chance to help shape a strong visual identity from the early days through expansion, and I’m proud to have contributed to their brand growth.
